HD ALLSTARS Registration and Fee Structure

Welcome to HD ALLSTARS! Here’s what new parents need to know about registering their child, associated fees, and what to expect going forward:

  1. Initial Steps for New Players:
    • Step 1: Fill Out the Registration Form (Free)
    • Step 2: Pay the Registration Fee (£120)
      • The registration fee of £120 is required to officially register your child to the team and to cover the team’s entry into the league, cups, and administrative costs for the season.
      • Pay this fee through the same link as the registration form: Registration and Payment Link.
      • This is an annual fee due each May to prepare for the upcoming season and confirm who will be re-signing for September.
  2. Purchase the Kit Bundle (£165)
    • New players must purchase the initial kit bundle for £165 within 2 weeks of joining to comply with league requirements and avoid fines for incorrect kit.

    • Note: After this initial purchase, additional kit items can be bought individually as needed. Annual kit purchases are not required.
  3. Reoccurring Season Fees (£250 per payment):
    • First payment due on the first Friday in October (covers September to January).
    • Second payment due on the first Friday in February (covers February to July).
    • Total annual cost for training, matches, and participation in club activities: £500 (split into two payments).

This fee covers training, matches, Christmas parties, and tournaments. The only additional cost is for optional trips, such as the end-of-year trip to Southend.

What to Expect Going Forward:

  • Annual Registration Fee (£120): Paid every May to maintain your child’s spot on the team and cover the team’s league and cup entries, as well as administrative costs.
